FAQ and in yProxy's online help. Please read the FAQ and online help to find your answers. For help from fellow yProxy users, please consider posting your questions to the
forums. For general support questions, please make sure that you include all relevant information. If you're unsure what information is needed to answer general support questions, please follow the below support guidelines. Please provide all of the following:
- A statement that you have read the help file. (Please click Help|Contents... from yProxy's main menu.)
- A statement that you have viewed the Video Tutorials and read the FAQ.
- The version of yProxy that you are using. (Please click Help|About from yProxy's main menu.)
- A step-by-step description of what you are doing.
- What indicates to you that something is wrong.
- The exact error or warning message displayed (A screen shot is preferable. Please include yProxy in the shot.)
- What changes have you made to your computer since yProxy was working?
- Which version of Windows you're using (including service packs).
- Which newsreader and version you're using.
- What type of Internet connection you have.
- The brand and version of Firewall you are using.
- The brand and version of Anti-virus you are using.
