A. No. yProxy Pro telephone support is currently $25 US per hour, with a minimum $50 charge per incident. Payment must be made in $50 increments, paid through

. In the payment memo, please include the telephone number where you can be reached, as well as the days and hours when you can be reached. Please be sure to include the time zone. You will receive your support telephone call within two business days, once the payment has cleared. At the time of the call, you must have physical access to the computer and network on which you are running yProxy Pro. Support can only be provided to telephone numbers within the United States and Canada and is provided in English only. If the developer chooses not to telephone the buyer, a full refund will be issued. Otherwise, there will no refunds.
