Q. The download link I received doesn't work or is expired. How do I download yProxy Pro?
A. To download yProxy Pro, simply click on the download link that you received. If that does not work, then copy and paste the entire link into your browser's address bar.

If you must type the link into your browser, please note that there are no letter O's or letter L's in the 32 character hash part of the download link, so please make sure that you're entering zeroes and ones.

If your download link has expired, please send me an email from the email account that you used when you registered yProxy Pro. Simply include your six digit Digital Candle order number or eight digit Plimus order number and request a new download link. Download links expire after 24 hours. Please download the software and store it in a safe place.
